The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with a comfortable room at a low price. The location was great and the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.
The hotel breakfast menu could have been more varied and appealing.

Stayed at a posh guest house with "free" WiFi, which was as fast as a turtle. Enjoyed the lovely garden, where I parked myself to savor the view of cars in the "free" private parking. The terrace was a great place to chill with a drink from the "free" bar, if only the bugs hadn't joined the party.
The "free" WiFi was basically non-existent.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made us feel right at home and even provided us with some great tips for exploring Cluj. The rooms were comfortable, with comfy beds and functional amenities. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices and the traditional Romanian food at Casa Veche, which was recommended by the hotel staff. it was a great experience.
Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.

We had a bit of a rough start when we arrived at Pensiunea Elias in the middle of the night. The key was locked in a broken box, and it took us a while to finally get into our room. But once we were in, we found a comfortable bed and a clean room. The location was great, and we enjoyed the free WiFi in the reception area. Despite the initial hiccups, we were able to have a pleasant stay at Pensiunea Elias. I would recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, helpful staff who provided useful tips for exploring the city, and comfortable rooms. the location was also convenient, making it easy to reach various attractions and restaurants. the complimentary Wi-Fi in the reception area was a nice bonus.
The entrance was a bit confusing to navigate, as there was no clear indication of how to access the terrace and input the entry code. the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, with dusty floors and dirty bathrooms.
